The Frenchman, who will not return to the sidelines for the remainder of the campaign, admitted himself into hospital after suffering chest pains, thought to be related to an existing heart condition.

Mogadishu — Abdirazak Osman Hassan, the chairman parliament’s planning committee, on Tuesday, said the speaker of Somali parliament has the right to name committees.

In an interview with Shabelle Media Network, the Somali MP noted that any committee designated by Sharif hassab Sheikh Adam, the Somali parliament speaker is a lawful and legitimate.

He spelled out that they can understand the problem they will face if holding the elections.
