Kaduna -The Kaduna State Government has promised to pay the medical bills of victims of the April post-election crisis in the area.
Dr Husain Yahya, the Chief Medical Director, Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital, Kaduna, speaking with the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, in Kaduna ,Tuesday, said that every hospital that received and treated such victims would have their bills settled very soon.
He said: “The state government has promised to settle the bills and will not renege on its promise.
“Some corpses were brought to the hospitals; some of the victims died as a result of the serious injuries they sustained; while others were successfully treated.’ (NAN)
