Fuel scarcity bites harder in Delta

WARRI  – DESPITE the commencement of loading of products at the Pipeline and Product Marketing Company, PPMC, in Warri, Delta State, following the recent fire explosion, which gutted three Islands, product diversion is still being perpetrated as fuel scarcity bits harder in the state.

Many filling stations now sell fuel at exorbitant rates with queue stretching many metres as residents complain of the resultant increase in transportation and price of goods.

An operator of a mega II NNPC  station, who pleaded anonymity said, “loading of products has started but we in the state have not got any. The depot manager and his gangs are threating us the way they like.”
