Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has chosen to give Fernando Torres a look in as Didier Drogba drops to the bench for the clash against Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues’ boss had started the Ivorian in the title decider against Manchester United, which ended in a defeat. But he has now brought the Spaniard back into his attack.
Yossi Benayoun makes his first start since September, while Josh McEachran makes his first league start.
Newcastle boss Alan Pardew has brought in Shane Ferguson and Ryan Taylor, who replace skipper Kevin Nolan and Cheik Tiote.
And in the absence of captain Nolan, Joey Barton assumes the responsibility of leading the Toon on this occasion.
