Andulo — The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Angola will hold on Thursday in Andulo district a workshop on exchange of experience between the provinces of Bié and Malanje.
According to a press release from UNDP released to Angop on Wednesday, the event is also aimed at sharing experience among the Municipal Technical Unit of Fighting against Poverty (UTMCP).
The seminar will be attended by officials from the four districts of the central Bié province such as Kuito, Kamacupa, Chinguar and Andulo, as well as the municipalities of the northern Malanje province namely Cacuso, Calandula, Caculama and Malanje.
During two days, the participants will discuss issues related to municipal experience in participatory governance in the ambit of of the programme aimed at combating poverty, “model of municipal technical unit management”, the participatory process of the hearing and social concert council” and basic services to population, among others.
