People.com : Jaycee Dugard is about to tell her whole painful story. Dugard, now 31, who was kidnapped at the age of 11 by Phillip and Nancy Garrido and held captive for 18 years, during which time she bore him two children, will publish her memoir, A Stolen Life, on July 12.
The publisher, Simon & Schuster, says the book will detail “the full story of her ordeal” from her 1991 abduction to the present.
“In her stark, compelling narrative, she opens up about what she experienced, including how she feels now since she was found,” the publisher notes.
