The 23-year-old Netherlands international has also sparked interest from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, but the player is said to prefer a move to the Premier League instead.
Eriksen, for his part, is thought to be undecided of whether or not he intends to make a move to England, with his father having been against a move to Stamford Bridge.
The Dane, who starred in a friendly international against England earlier this year, has also been linked with a move to Liverpool in the past.
