INEC is announcing election results at its collation centre in Owerri.
The collated results of the supplementary election held, yesterday, and the earlier inconclusive elections.
Acccording to INEC, the results for 26local government areas are being collated without that of Oguta local government where report say election did not hold yesterday due to security threat.
