Ghana Under-20 female head coach Kuuku Dadzie has invited three senior players to join the squad ahead of the crucial All Africa Games return leg against Nigeria in Accra.
Black Queens trio Portia Boakye, Agnes Aduako and Faisal Ibrahim have been drafted into the team for the cliff hanger against the experienced Super Falcons next week.
Boakye and Aduako have fully recovered from injuries that kept them out of the first leg.
The Princesses managed a shock 1-1 draw game in the first leg in Abuja last week, raising the country’s hopes of making the final cut for the 2011 Games to be staged in Maputo, Mozambique.
“We’ve gotten to a critical stage and that’s why we’ve invited those three experience players to beef up the squad. We don’t want to take chances and I believe they will bring a lot on the table,” Coach Dadzie said.
