And The Sun claims that the west London outfit’s targets include players such as Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas, Tottenham Hotspur winger Gareth Bale and Ajax full-back Gregory van der Wiel.

Despite Chelsea’s mid-season slump in form, a win against table-toppers Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday will move them back to top spot and put them in pole position to retain the Premier League.
