Belet Hawo — The administration of Somalia’s moderate Ahlu Sunna Waljama ASWJ on Sunday condemned what is called Al shabaab steps of planting so many explosives in the streets.
Sheikh Mohammed Hussein better known as Al qadi, the spokesman of Ahlu Sunna fighters in Gedo region in southern Somalia said in an interview with Shabele Media Network that Al shabaab is conducting bad mission of planting explosives and landmines in attempt to prevent Somali forces and Ahlu Sunna advances and offensive against them.
He said that planted mines could harm a lot of people and their domestic animals if they use some roads in Gedo region where heavy fighting is continuing to rage.
He warned people not use some of the roads in the region against a backdrop of accounts indicating that they lives might be in danger.
