The inhabitants of Shihate administrative region are currently engaged in campaigns which include the leveling of agricultural plots, construction of water diversion schemes and the like, according to reports.
Since the commencement of the initiative, encouraging outcome has been registered. As a result, agricultural land has been properly leveled, thus making it ready for cultivation, said the Administrator of Shihate, Mr. Debrom Eyasu.
He also went on to elaborate that the inhabitants have been lending a hand towards the ongoing construction of a micro water reservoir in their administrative area.
