But our eyes were on the other young members of the Royal family – notably Princess Eugenie and sister Beatrice.
Beatrice’s Valentino dress and jacket was simple and stylish but she looked like the Mad Hatter with her wild headgear and panda eyes.
And Eugenie turned up to her cousin’s wedding in a wacky outfit she couldn’t really pull off at all.
