Rev. Brown Wants Citizens Confess Jesus

Liberian Christians have been called upon to publicly confess Jesus Christ as savoir as they commemorate the past Holy Week of Easter celebration that was observed in Liberia and the world over for Christians to remembered the pains and suffering Jesus went through on the cross at Calvary to redeemed the world from sin about 2000 years have gone.

Elder Korto Brown, General Overseer of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church made the assertion when he delivered his Easter message at the New Water in the Desert Assembly in Brewerville on Sunday.

A release quoting the New Water in the Desert Assembly pastor, Elder Brown said confession  was an act of sinning saint that involves fellowship with God, warning Liberians including those in authority that the failure to publicly confess Christ, Jesus will on judgment day publicly deny those who not abbey before the angels in heaven.

The outstanding Pentecostal prelate, Rev. Brown speaking on the Theme, Go beyond Easter: Confess Christ before Men”, Text, St. Luke 12: 8-9, the release  said includes the confession of sins and the confession of faith that needed to practicalize  among the people of Liberia.

According to the General Overseer of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church,  people must admit or acknowledge and public declare their faith in Christ despite the many difficulties faced ranging from social, economic or political there were consequences for public denial or affirmation of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Speaking furthered, he said the Holy Bible clearly states that people should do onto others as they want them do onto them, demonstrates the relationship that should be existing between man and Jesus Christ shows the determination of God in deciding the faith man’s relationship in serving Him as the giver of life and the creator of the universe.

The Rt. Rev. Korto Brown than called on all Liberians to take concrete action to publicly petition God for s violence -free presidential election in other to avoid chaos and bloodshed in Liberia.
