30 April 2011 Nairobi — President Kibaki has held talks with Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni who paid him a courtesy call at State House Nairobi Saturday. President Museveni, who arrived this morning, is in the country to attend the Social Economic Transformation and the East African Political Federation Forum.

GIRLS’ defending champions Nabisunsa are favourites to retain the crown after topping their group at the National Schools Basketball Championship ending today.

Namagunga, Kitende, Gayaza, Ndejje and Seroma are also in contention.

In the boy’s category, St. Mary’s Kitende are also on top of their group going into the decisive round at St. Mary’s College Kisubi.

Kitende outwitted Ntare 32-17 in their last game after falling to Rock High 31-27.

Commissioner Physical Education, ministry of Education and Sports Dan Tamwesigire is expected to preside over the closing ceremony.

Over 30 schools have been in action.
