After almost thirteen weeks of competition all is set for the finals of the second season of TV3’s kids show, Talented Kidz.
The big day is Sunday, May 1 and the venue is the Studio B of TV3 where ten young children; Monalisa Sarfo, Emmanuel Darko, Tyra Asiedu, Felix Amponsah, Enoch Darko, Maame Esi Awotwe, Ruth Amofa, Angel, Crystal Abena Nyamekye and Sam Busters will compete for the ultimate honour of being the most Talented Kid.
According to the organizers, the time for the show has been extended from one and a half hours to two hours to give the studio audience and viewers at home more time to enjoy the show and appreciate the talents of the contestants which have been finely honed over the 13 weeks.
The head of Kids and Teens Brand for TV3, Abena Yiadom told Adom News that adequate preparations both artistic and technical have been made to ensure that everything goes smoothly during the programme.
She said that all the ten contestants are feverishly preparing to give audiences their best performances.
She said that TV3 initially wanted to host the show at the National Theatre but later decided to hold it in its own studios because of financial constraints and also because they wanted to give free entry to everybody, which would not have been possible had they paid for an auditorium.
Although she would not give out names, Abena Yiadom said the organisers had invited a host of celebrities for the final show just like they did last year.
