Luanda — Hundreds of delegates from the country’s 18 provinces and guests have started to arrive at Belas Conference Centre, in Luanda, to attend the ruling MPLA party’s fourth extraordinary congress, Angop learnt.
Going with the theme “More Democracy, More Development”, the meeting is gathering over 2,000 delegates.
The congress will focus on the party and society, with highlight to an analysis of the party’s Central Committee report and an assessment of the programme presented to voters during the 2008 ballot.
