Nowmagazine : Dannii Minogue was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery at the weekend after suffering crippling stomach pains.
The X Factor judge was diagnosed with acute appendicitis – caused by an inflammation of the appendix – and went under the knife just 2 hours after arriving at a West London hospital.
‘Dannii was taken into hospital on Saturday with pains in her stomach,’ her spokesman confirms.
‘She was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and had an emergency operation to remove her appendix.
‘She is now convalescing.’
