She announced her intention to divorce her husband of six years Ashton Kutcher just last month.
And it appears that Demi Moore is eager to move on.
The 49-year-old actress has been linked to CEO of BORBA skin care products, Scott-Vincent Borba, according to Radar Online.

An insider told the website that the pair started dating last week.
Borba is said to have been a pillar of support for Demi during her marriage breakdown.
New love? The 49-year-old actress is reported to
be dating beauty guru Scott-Vincent Borba
‘Demi and Scott-Vincent started dating last week,’ a source told the website.
‘They have known each other a long time and he’s really been there for her by her side through the whole Ashton thing.’
Borba, is also close to Kutcher’s age, in his mid-30s.
And the anti-aging product guru is said to be smitten with the older actress.
‘He’s head over heels for Demi and there’s definitely potential for a lasting relationship between them,’ the source said.
Borba
counts many Hollywood stars as his friends, and his products are used
by the likes of Twilight starlet Ashley Greene and 90210’s AnnaLynne
McCord.
On account of Borba’s famous
connections, the source says it has been easy for the pair to keep
their union underwraps.
‘It’s
easy for Scott-Vincent to keep his relationships a secret because he’s
so often photographed hanging out with celebrity clientele,’ the source
said.
When he was approached for a comment, Borba simply told the website: ‘I do not comment on my personal life.’
Meanwhile Demi’s estranged husband seems to be enjoying life as a single man.
The Two And A Half Men star was spotted living it up during a visit to his hometown over Thanksgiving.
The 33-year-old actor is said to have been ‘swarmed’ by girls during a night out in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Visiting
local sports bars such as Bo James and Sports Column, Kutcher allegedly
lapped up the attention lavished upon him by the local women, according
to American magazine, Us Weekly.

‘He was drinking beer, and girls kept
coming up to him,’ a source told the magazine. ‘He loved the attention.
Girls were hugging him and shaking his hand.’
However, clearly learning from past mistakes, Kutcher somewhat remained contained.
After
a three hour drinking session with old friends at yet another watering
hole by the name of Summit, Kutcher turned down an invite from a group
of women to visit a strip club.

told the publication. ‘A few tried to convince him to go to a strip
club… but he declined!’
Despite partying it up in the Mid-West state, it also seems Kutcher is indulging in some soul searching.
Earlier this week the actor tweeted a picture of himself standing in a field, with a cow
in the distance, and posted a short simple message: ‘Country Giving’.
