Luena — Various social infrastructures with highlight to a school for 5,000 students were inaugurated in Lumbala-Nguimbo district, eastern Moxico province, Angop learnt.
The ceremonies of inauguration were chaired by the provincial governor, João Ernesto dos Santos “Liberdade”, and included the commissioning of water abstraction, treatment and distribution systemjs to cater for 6,000 inhabitants of tLumbala-Nguimbo, under Bundas district.
The water system was built by the firm Sarito Limitada and is estimated to cost Akz 9.0 million, under the District Integrated Programme of Rural Development and Fight Against Poverty.
The official also inaugurated the broadcasting centres of the State-run Public Television and National Radio stations and a house for urses.
