Lubango — The election in the Angolan Football Federation (FAF) set for May this year will improve the sport in the country, said Saturday in Lubango, southern Huila province, the minister of Youth and Sports, Gonçalves Muandumba.
The minister was speaking to the press at the opening of the national men and women championships of Taekwon-do, adding that the candidates have the potential to develop the country’s football.
Gonçalves Muandumba explained that the three candidates are highly qualified to head the federation, as they know well the football and will for sure bring improvements to football.
He said that the electoral commission is working to produce the polls regulation much claimed by the provincial associations.
