A LOS Angeles judge today reduced Lindsay Lohan’s felony theft charge to a misdemeanor after the troubled actress allegedly walked out of a jewellery boutique without paying for a $US2500 ($2300) gold necklace in January.
Judge Stephanie Sautner denied a motion to dismiss the case outright during the preliminary hearing.
