Luanda — The Vocational Training Centre for Civil Engineering of Viana will get a USD 10 million funding, announced, Thursday in Luanda, the secretary of the Japanese embassy in Angola, Reiko Murakami.
The diplomat gave this information in a seminar sponsored by the Angolan and Japanese Governments, which explained the functioning of two new models of funding for Angola.
According to the official, the funding for the modernization of the centre fits the model of non-refundable financial aid and resulted from a request made by the Angolan overnment to be implemented by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
