Scheduled for Friday, April 22 to Sunday April 24, the Easter jam is an annual attraction for the people of Anum and some of the surrounding towns including Asikuma, Nayor and Boso. Top Tema-based spinners, Frederick E. Otoo’s Souler Soundz with disc jockeys Suchi and Abeiku running affairs, will provide all the current hits for dancing at the jam.
According to Salomey Dansoah Asante, CEO of Salysa Entertainment, the Anum Easter jam has been an important fixture on the entertainment calender of the area for several years and patronage keeps growing.
“Though particular parts of the Eastern Region are noted for their exuberant celebration of Easter, the people in the Anum area also cherish the occasion,” she told Graphic Showbiz.
“The jam and the usual surprise packages that come with it always bring an extreme jubilant mood to the area and we are expecting another big turn-out this year.”
The Salysa Entertainment boss added that Anum and the nearby towns desire to enjoy the pleasant acts of the nation’s best live performers and her outfit has plans to fill that void.
