Luanda — Angolan minister of Environment, Maria de Fátima Jardim, Thursday in Luanda, considered environmental education as an important instrument in the support for sustainable development of the country, Angop learned.

The minister said so while addressing the ceremony of launch of the broad environmental campaign.

She said on the occasion that the problems related to environment should be dealt with at all levels of the society.

According to Fatima Jardim, man is the main responsible for pollution, garbage, disasters and destruction of nature.

Fátima Jardim also spoke of the need for a reflection on the negative impact of negative action on the environment, which poses a danger to the ethical relation between man and nature.
