In a final act of selflessness, The Biggest Loser’s Marci Crozier left the Ranch this week with nothing left to lose – literally.
After reaching her goal weight the week before, Crozier lost 0 lbs. at the weigh-in and pleaded with her fellow contestants to send her home over her younger teammate Kaylee.
“I tried to set the tone in that house, ‘We don’t need the drama. We have a job to do,’ ” Crozier told reporters Wednesday. “I hope they keep that perspective and get the job done.”
As part of a pact between the show’s moms and dads, Crozier had promised the other parents on her team that she would sacrifice herself before sending any of the younger contestants home, but the audience saw Arthur and Sarah leave before her. She said they were sent home due to circumstances outside of her control.
“I was ready to go home,” Crozier said. “But when I got immunity that week and Sarah had to go home, I was stunned. I felt terrible because I couldn’t explain what happened to her mom and it hurt to see the pain in Sarah’s eyes.”
