Ex-international Prince Amoako is wanted by the Police for assault
Ex-Ghana striker Prince Amoako is reported to be on the radar of the Police after allegedly assaulting a woman in Accra on Thursday night.
The 1996 Olympian is said to have used a sharp knife to cut the ear of a shop owner and wounded her brother at a popular bar at Mallam-a suburb of Accra-for dismissing one of her workers and fled the scene with his wife.
It’s immediately unknown what might have triggered the skirmish.
Sources say the Odorkor Police have mounted a search for the former Sporting Cristal player.
“I have rented his story building for ten years and have since done a lot of work on it to operate my bar. But unfortunately one of the boys who run my khebab for me has been reassigned to a different branch and he didn’t seem please with it when he came and so vent his spleen on me and my brother,” bar owner Cynthia Asare narrated her side of the story to Accra-based Oman FM
