The jewellers where Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole a $2,500 necklace are said to be planning to auction it off.
In a move which could undermine the case even further, Kamofie & Co will put the item under the hammer once the criminal trial comes to a close.
It comes after the shop, located in Venice, Los Angeles, controversially sold the surveillance footage of Lindsay inside the store on January 22 for a reputed $35,000.
It was aired on U.S. channel Entertainment Tonight on Monday and Tuesday with more set to air tonight.
