She might be the sweet and butter-wouldn’t-melt pop star on stage. But once the lights have gone down and the audience has gone home, Katie Waissel is just a rock chick at heart.

And no true party girl would be without a DJ on her arm and an obligatory bottle of Jack Daniels – and a pizza.

Katie, 24, was snapped in the small hours of the morning arriving back at her hotel in Liverpool with DJ James Massing, an old family friend, after a night at the city’s Bumper nightclub.

And although it is unclear whether the pair are an item, they clutched each other’s hands as they walked past the cameras and into the hotel.
