AN Akure-based lawyer and human rights activist, Mr. Morakinyo Ogele, yesterday, advised the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to learn from the revolution in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia and Yemen.
He said: “If the PDP refuses to change from its bad behaviour, such as rigging, corruption and celebration of criminals, there may soon be a revolution in the country.”
Ogele, in a statement, said PDP glorifies corruption and criminals.
The activist said: “Majority of the political office holders convicted in this country for corruption were all PDP members.’’
He said it is sad that Bode George, who stole public fund, was received triumph when he left prison last week.
Ogele said: “The 12-year rule of PDP at the federal level is a disaster.”
