Barcelona attacker Lionel Messi struck in his side’s 3-0 away win over Mallorca at the weekend and has extended his lead over Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo, who failed to find the net against Deportivo La Coruna, to four points.
The biggest winner of this week was Udinese ace Antonio Di Natale. The Italy international played a key role in his side’s 7-0 away win over Palermo by scoring three goals, and he has consequently entered the top three of the standings.
