A 39 years old driver with SCC Construction Company, Jabi Quarter Abuja, Dele Ali, has been docked before an Abuja Magistrate court for sexually harassing his female colleague, one Mrs. Martin Kure.
The father of two, who told the court that his family is living in Akure, was alleged to have forced himself on the complainant on February 5, 2011 at about 21:30pm.
He was arraigned on a two count-charge of criminal force and act of gross indecency, contravening section 263 and 285 of the Penal Code law.
The police prosecutor, Sgt Simon Ibrahim told the court that the accused used force to remove the woman’s cloth and as he was about to have his way, a phone call rang, giving the victim a chance to escape.
