She showed up at court today to deal with her grand theft charges, and though she was offered a plea bargain, Lindsay Lohan turned it down.
According to TMZ, the “Georgia Rule” actress wasn’t about to agree to a deal that involved any jail time whatsoever.
And after leaving the courthouse, LiLo told a close friend that she’s planning on going to trial to fight the allegations.
Lindsay stated, “I didn’t steal.” However, if she’s found guilty she’ll have a much steeper penalty than if she would have just accepted the plea bargain.
