Lindsay Lohan is about to face the judge in her felony grand theft case. And, as we first reported, Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Holley and prosecutor Danette Meyers will be talking plea bargain.
Meyers wants nothing less than jail … and Lindsay refuses to go.
