Intelligence information scouted by the Daily Searchlight newspaper has revealed that the Gomoa-East District Chief Executive, Mr. Kingsley Ahunu Armah was last weekend fined to the tune of GH¢4.500 by the two traditional councils in the Gomoa area for attempting to rape one of the respectful queen mothers in the area.
The two traditional councils; Gomoa Akyempem and Gomoa Ajumako at a meeting to deliberate on the issue could not understand why the D.C.E would like to test his sexual capability on no other person but a renowned queen mother of the traditional council, hence, the fine.
According to the source, the D.C.E, Hon. Kingsley Ahunu Armah, complied with the fine and subsequently paid GH¢4,500 of which GH¢1,000 each was given to the two traditional councils and the rest was given to the queen mother.
The source told the Searchlight newspaper that, on that faithful day, the DCE summoned the queen mother (name withheld) asking her to meet him at a hotel to discuss issues hampering on the development of her hometown and her personal growth.
The queen mother whose priority is to help change the facelift of Gomoa, met with the DCE and started discussing the development of Gomoa till along the line, the DCE started sex advances on the queen mother who quickly jumped from her seat and enquired from the DCE what he wanted from her.
Continuing, the DCE boldly told her that if she, the queen mother, wants her hometown to see rapid development, then, she should succumb to his sexual demand so that all developmental programmes in the Gomoa-East District would be directed to her hometown after which he will personally reward her.
The queen mother, according to the source, shouted “What! What!”, what do you take me for? A prostitute? Or what? Don’t you know that I’ am highly disappointed in you and will report you to the traditional council to explain the whole ordeal to the authorities.
The source said, the queen mother rained quantum of insult on the DCE but he wouldn’t mind and said after all, you are not the only queen mother – I have engaged in several sexual acts with better queen mothers.
The DCE after being denied his sexual demand, allegedly implored the queen mother not to disclose the ordeal so as to protect his position as the District Chief Executive.
Earlier, when the searchlight newspaper contacted the two paramountcies, they refused to comment on the issue. When the DCE was contacted on phone, he denied the allegation.
