I‘d always dreamed of making it big as a business man. Four months after my graduation, I was selected as a member of the Nigerian contingent invited to exhibit Nigerian arts and crafts in Michigan and Ohio in the United States of America.
Few weeks after my return, I was again contracted by an Italian firm named Mazollini Arts to produce wooden works portraying Mary, mother of Christ, Jesus Christ and his disciples in black mahogany woods. But we carved  Judas and the Devil in white woods.
I made $25,000 from that deal and with that money, I made my incursion into the export and import business.
On one of my trips to Hong Kong, I ran into a group of Chinese people shooting a movie and they needed some black men in the movie.
The roles the blacks were made to play put me off and I vowed then and there to go into movie production.
In conjunction with my partners, the first movie we shot was Nneka and the pretty serpent. The rest is history.
