Three Children have been burnt to death in a fire incident at Nmai Djorn near Adenta in Accra.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known but the father of the children says he returned from work Wednesday night to find his kiosk on fire.
Albert Alosay said attempts to rescue his three children were unsuccessful, as the fire had engulfed the entire structure, burning him as well.
He told Joy News from his hospital bed where he is being treated for burns, that his wife had gone to church, leaving the children behind in the kiosk.
The distraught father said when he arrived at the fire scene, his children were still crying for help and unable to bear the agony of their cry, he tried, albeit in vain, to brave the fire and rescue the kids.
But it was a mission impossible as all three the kids perished in the inferno.
Meanwhile, the Ghana National Fire Service and the Adenta police have begun investigations in to the incident.
