Quadrangular Games: Apapa Club boast of medal haul

President of the Apapa club, Dr Pius Ofulue has stated that the club will grab all the cups at this year’s quadrangle Games which commenced yesterday at the Lagos Country Club, Ikeja with Children’s Games’ while the official opening ceremony holds today.

Speaking at the flagging off of the clubs’ Games powered by Oando, Dr. Ofulue who was represented by Mr Chimdi Ezenwe called on other corporate organisations resident in the area to join the train of articulating their social responsibility.

“We expect more sponsorships from other corporate organisations in the Apapa environs to take a queue from what Oando is doing here so sports at social club level will not go down the drain.

“I know the Games will be very competitive now because of the selection for the quadrangle Games billed for this weekend at the Lagos Country Club. As usual, Apapa Club will clear all the cups at the Games. That is why we made sure that these Games hold before it, so we can prepare adequately,” Mr Ezenwe said.
