Luanda — The CEO of the Angolan Airlines (TAAG), Pimentel Araújo, said over the last weekend in Luanda that staff training policy of his company is continuous, aimed at meeting the aviation new technologies and innovation in the world.
Speaking to Angop in the ambit of the training of staff of the sector, the CEO said that the human resources policy is based on three fronts, namely the assessment of workers’ employees, the right integration and intensive training in all areas, including maintenance.
He highlighted that the professionals of TAAG have been achieving acceptable conditions regarding their upgrading.
According to the CEO, the recently acquired US-made Boeing 777/300ER aircraft will guarantee the reaffirmation of TAAG in the market.
