Shaida, in 2003 was crowned by Global Beauties, the world’s leading authority on beauty pageants, as Africa’s Sexiest Woman Alive. She is a model and studied Political Science and Psychology at the University of Ghana, Legon.
Reports reaching News-One say Alhaji Sidiku Buari, former President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), would be giving Shaida away to a wealthy Nigerian called Olukunle Olusola Nubi. News-One, gathered he is mostly known as Kunle Nubi, a specialist in Computer Science and shuttles on business trips between Nigerian and UK. Shaida is a blood sister of actress Nadia Buari.
Her footballer brother, Malik Buari is a product of Fulham Youth. Tomorrow’s marriage ceremony is scheduled for the SID Theater at Dzorwulu and is expected to attract big names of the moment, including celebrities, personalities, stars, traditional rulers and politicians from both Ghana and abroad.
