Supergroup Love’s fabled album Black Beauty is to be released in June (11) – almost 40 years after it was recorded and shelved.
The album was supposed to mark the band’s comeback but the record company behind the project went bankrupt before it was completed.
Now bosses at High Moon Records have revealed they’ve taken over the album’s recordings, remastered them and plan to release them with bonus tracks on 7 June.
The release will also feature new liner notes and previously unseen photographs of Arthur Lee and his influential band.
