Libyas position as host of the African U-20 tournament is under threat following days of bloody anti-government protests which have claimed more than 100 lives.
The Confederation of African Football is expected to take a final decision on the hosting of the African U-20 Championship in Libya.
Escalating violence and loss of lives in the North African State means the tournament is likely to be staged by a new host country and a new date.
South Africa or Ghana are said to be likely hosts of the tournament.
The decision could be taken at the 33rd General Assembly of Caf on Wednesday 23rd February 2011.
