Inspector Sampong alleged that Evelyn failed to pay the amount after Dav= id had conveyed the 36 bags of Indian hemp to her house but rather promised him a girl.<\/p>\n
The prosecutor alleged that on January 3, David went to pick the 15-year-old girl from Evelyn’s place to his house and had sexual intercou= rse with her twice a day and sent her back on January 7.
