Music stars Beyonce and Jay-Z have been named Hollywood’s top-earning couple by Forbes magazine.

In a distant second place was Indiana Jones star Harrison Ford and girlfriend Calista Flockhart with estimated combined earnings of $69m (£42.5m).
Actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were ranked third.
Forbes spoke to agents, managers, producers and lawyers to determine what celebrities earned.
Movies, touring, album sales and endorsements were all taken into account.
Last year, Beyonce out-earned Jay-Z – bringing in $87m (£53.6m) to his $35m (£21.6m) – helped by chart hits like Singles Ladies and starring in film Obsessed.
The couple also topped last year’s list with earnings of $162m (£99.8m).
Will Smith and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, ranked fourth on the list with $48m (£29.6m) thanks in part to their roles in hit films I Am Legend and Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.
Footballer David and Victoria Beckham complete the top five, with the majority of their estimated $46m (£28.3m) earnings coming from the Los Angeles Galaxy star.
Other couples featuring in the top 10 include chat show host Ellen DeGeneres and her actress partner Portia de Rossi, Oscar winner Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson, and Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.
