Arsenal Put Fabrgas On Cover Of New Magazine To Show Barca He’s Staying Put

Arsenal are determined not to sell Cesc Fabregas at any price – and their new club magazine proves it.

Gunners captain Fabregas, 22, has been deliberately put on the front of their World Cup special as Arsenal make a bold statement that he is very much part of their plans for the future.

Fabregas has been a big-money target for Barcelona this summer and the Spanish giants have already had a £30million bid turned down.

Spain midfielder Fabregas – pictured with team mates Robin van Persie, Alex Song, Bacary Sagna and Emmanuel Eboue on the front of the magazine which goes on sale today – has told Wenger face-to-face that he wants to join Barcelona.

But despite the Spanish giants continual public claims that they will sign Fabregas, Arsenal are adamant he is not available at any price because he has five years left on his contract.

This latest deliberate move shows that Arsenal are standing firm on Fabregas and will not be bullied by Barcelona into selling.

Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood said: “We are not posturing at all. We are determined to keep Cesc.”
