Nana Kwaku Dua popularly known as Tic Tac is currently in the United States of America celebrating his 10th anniversary in the Ghanaian hiplife music scene.
Speaking in an interview on Adom Top 40, a chart show on station from New York, Tic Tac said he is in the States performing in several concerts and taking part in major activities there.
He said he recently performed at a concert in Queens Park, New York. He was also given a legendary award by 3G
Entertainment, TN Records and the Ghanaian Association in New York for his contribution and success in the hiplife industry in Ghana.
He was also invited by the Mississippi University to take part in a Hip hop conference where he was a co-chairman. Places Tic Tac is billed to also perform at include Atlanta Georgia, Ohio and Maryland.
The star said he was overwhelmed by the reception he received in the States so far especially with respect to his music not only from the Ghanaian community there but other nationals.
Tic Tac is due to return to Ghana to perform at the Busta Rhyme Concert which is coming off at the Accra International Conference Centre on September 12.
Tagged Ghana’s Busta Rhymes, Tic Tac, when asked of his expectations as he is billed to perform and meet Busta Rhymes, said it is a dream come through.
He says Busta Rhymes has been his role model since his childhood and performing with him on one stage is a dream come through.
