According to SZ, Werder Bremen are closely monitoring the situation of Bosnian midfielder Zvjezdan Misimovic. The player currently plies his trade for Wolfsburg.
Bremen are in the market for a new midfielder due to the ongoing uncertainty about their current playmaker Diego. The Brazilian starlet is being heavily linked with Juventus.
The report suggests that Werder have made Wolfsburg midfielder Misimovic their primary target to replace Diego. The 26-year-old has been one of the key men for the Wolfe this campaign.
Misimovic made 30 league appearances so far this term and helped his team to the top of the table with six goals and several assists.
Bremen are reportedly not the only team monitoring Misimovic’s situation though. The Bosnian international is also being linked with Bayern Munich.
