PSV Set To Offload Lazovic, Mendez And Salcido

The three players are no longer needed at the Eindhoven sideAccording to De Telegraaf, reigning Eredivisie title holders PSV are ready to part company with Serbian forward Danko Lazovic, midfielder Edison Mendez and Mexican star Carlos Salcido.

The three players were all involved in incidents with previous head coach Huub Stevens this campaign and never looked comfortable at the Eindhoven outfit ever since.

Mendez has reportedly already attracted the interest of a Qatari side and is keen to leave PSV this summer. The midfielder was on the verge of leaving PSV in January, but a transfer to Mexico eventually collapsed.

Salcido has being linked with Valencia on several occasions in the past two years, but the Spanish side never made a concrete offer for the versatile defender. It’s not yet known whether any teams have contacted the 29-year- old already.

Lazovic lost his spot in the starting XI to Swedish attacker Ola Toivonen this campaign and wants to move on in order to get regular first team football somewhere else. The Serbian international reportedly targets a move to the Premiership.
