Hearts of Oak to tour Sudan Hearts of Oak will embark on a one-week training of Sudan in an attempt to preserve their form during the two-week break of the Glo Premier League.

The current league leaders have a seven point lead and want to keep their focus until action resumes after the CHAN tournament in Ivory Coast.

Hearts are expected to play Sudanese crack sides Al Merreikh and Al Hilal before returning to Accra.

An 18-man squad is expected to make the trip but without first choice goalkeeper Philemon McCarthy,defender Michael Osei Bonsu and Charles Taylor who are in the Black Stars squad for the tourney.

The team could also move to South Africa if arrangements are stitched up later.

The Glo Premier League is expected to resume on 11 March.
