Agogo fights club over wages

Agogo fights club over wages Ghanaian striker Junior Agogo made a complaint to the Egyptian FA against his club on Tuesday because his payments have been delayed.

Marketing manager Khaled Refaat said the Cairo-based club are not going to react till the FA sends an official letter regarding the Ghanaian international’s problem.

“The FA hasn’t contacted us so far, until then there is nothing can be done,” the official told FilGoal.com.

Refaat assured that the well-built player has no overdue payments as the latter claims.

“Agogo’s allegation is no true,” he added.

“Maybe he’s talking about the amount of money that has been deducted by the board a while back.”

The 29-year-old was recently sanctioned by the 11-time Egyptian champions for persistently skipping regular training sessions.

Later on, Zamalek called on the FA to take a disciplinary action against Agogo, who has been involved in a multitude of disputes since his arrival.
